Hello Nigel

 I don't know if you use testimonials but I would be happy for you to use the following if you wish:

 I called Gregory's at ten to nine in the morning - mad panic!

 Machinery test rescheduled, now happening in two hours as opposed to two days - need to video test.

 Gregory's had two cameras, complete with tapes and tripods delivered to my door thirty five minutes later.

Service does not get better than this, wholeheartedly recommended!
